The web pages that make up this site were built using basic HTML programming.  The images that appear on the site were done by using a standard scanner to create digital versions of photographic prints from a 35mm camera.

The web site is hosted by Tripod for free.  This is possible because Tripod is paid by advertisers to attach ads to web sites.  You will note, however, that this web site does not have any advertisements because when it is accessed via the address http://www.franklinjones.com, Tripod fails to attach the advertising for some reason.  The real address of this web site is https://members.tripod.com/~Franklin_R_Jones. When accessed via that address, the advertising will appear.

Domain Name services (ownership and administration of "franklinjones.com") are done by Franklin's grandson, as well as administration of the franklinjones.com e-mail addresses.
